Ideas
You know that romance blog that I post on once a month? Well, we can post about anything we want so long as it has something to do with the romance industry. The folks who visit that blog are romance readers, writers, agents, publishers, etc. So, I'm trying to think ... what could I post about that no one else has already done?
Book trailers have been discussed. What it's like to have a first novel has been discussed. What it's like to write a second novel has been discussed. The importance of titles and covers and how they are decided upon has been discussed. So ... I need your ideas.
What could I bring to the table that no one else has? Any suggestions?

How to write a really great luv scene? The difference between living out a really great luv scene and articulating it on paper?!

The use of language/importance of descriptive terms in romance novels? Like, why you never see a line like, "His heart went pitter-pat at the sight of her sturdy, rippling thighs." The psychology of romance novels--what people are looking for when they read a romance novel? (You might hafta do a quick primitive survey.) Why more women than men read them? Why men don't read them? What would it take to get a man to read a romance novel? (Considering men do like romance, why don't they like reading about it?)

What you think makes a person "romantic." Why you prefer to write romance novels rather than, say, westerns, or mysteries, or sci fi. (Your fans don't dress up like aliens when they come to your book signings, for one thing.) Keeping a real-life marriage romantic as opposed to a fictional, romance novel marriage. The difference between "fantasy" and "romance." Is this helping or not???
