New Book on the Shelves!
Maid To Match is officially on the shelves! It's about two servants who work at Vanderbilt's chateau in North Carolina at the turn of the century. When our heroine, Tillie Reese, is asked to tutor our hero in proper servant etiquette, the resulting sparks threaten Tillie's efforts to be chosen as Mrs. Vanderbilt's lady's maid. After all, the one rule of the house is no romance below stairs!
If you haven't read Maid To Match yet, we have an excerpt here and a brand new EXCLUSIVE excerpt for my Circle of Friends. (click on the open book)
If you have read it, leave a review in our comments section below or come over to my Chat Room where we have a lively discussion about the book going on!

I have been DYING to get my hands on MTM and to fall in love with your wonderful new characters- although after that excerpt I love them already ;) Goodness, Mack sounds like a true melt-your-heart-curl-your-toes hero!! My b-day is June 8th and I have MTM on my wish list!! *sigh* I just hope I can wait that long...

Dee, I have to tell you, "Lady" has always been my favorite, but "Maid" might just usurp that position. My house is in extra disarray because I could NOT put it down. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! Going to have to read it again!!! Tillie and Mack are wonderful characters...VERY well done!!!

Oh how I loved this book! I bought and finished it yesterday! And I'm a full time student and mother of two, so I didn't have that time, but I was happy to make it! It is beautifully written. I was drawn right into the halls of Biltmore (I have to go back). And I fell in love with Tillie and Mack! Maybe my favorite couple yet!

Well, if you want to go back, go back with me! I'm doing a Getaway for all of us and it's going to be at Biltmore. I'd LOVE for you to come. http://www.getawaywithdee.com
I see that you are a fireman's wife. If you read secular romance at all, there's a contemporary romance author, Kristan Higgins, who is also a fireman's wife. She's a delightful gal and wrote a fun romance called Just One of the Guys that you might enjoy.
Hope you have a great summer with those kiddos!
