She used some kind of sugar, but the corn-on-the-cob was hard as rock and the crawdads would stay formed if we picked them up. It was truly the most amazing thing I'd ever seen. I have a close up of it in my scrapbook (click the Dee's Circle of Friends heart at the top of the page, then click on the scrapbook).

That cake is awesome! I had crawfish for the first time in April... very interesting but maybe a little out there for this Cali girl. LOL
